There is no denying the power of prayer. Countless lives have been changed through the process of Spiritual Mind Treatment, or prayer. The Santa Anita Church has long offered a prayer box in the office for those seeking the miraculous healing power of group prayer. Now that same opportunity is provided online through the prayer request form.

Through this online form you are invited to participate in the healing power of prayer. When submitted, your prayer request is distributed to the prayer team who will pray for you by acknowledging God's presence in all aspect of your life.

Your requests are held in the highest of confidentiality. Know that only the senior minister and the prayer team will read the information you provide unless you request otherwise. Fill in as much or as little of the form as you feel comfortable with. The only required field is the request itself.
